I had a friend’s birthday dinner party after work yesterday so I knew I needed something fun and girly. Who did I turn to? Yup… Another killer find at Meeps. This dress is a beautiful seafoam green (although it looks kinda blue-er in the lighting of these pics) and there is tons of fabric that just floats down from the hip. I seriously just wanted to walk (which felt like floating) in this dress all day long. The light fabric, lack of sleeves (since it is definitely 90s every day now in DC) and this incredible color seriously made this such an easy “I must own this right now” buy. The white clutch has a long strap I tucked in (and lots of pockets inside which my OCD loves) which is also… shock and awe… from Meeps. I think I may have a problem.

My hair is leftover curls/beach-y look from yesterday (my hair NEVER holds any anything, never mind curl) and I had to keep it as long as it was willing to cooperate with me.

I am off to Tampa, FL tonight for work (and hopefully a little play since J is coming down with me – YAY) and I will try my very best to get some outfit posts in. Perhaps beach wear looks?
