Lacey’s Wearing: The Blues

Top {Gap} | Maxi Skirt {F21} | Bag {c/o Imoshion} | Sandals {Deena & Ozzy via UO} | Necklace {H&M} | Sunnies {Karen Walker} | Cuff {F21} | Watch {Michael Kors} | Lipstick {NARS – Heat Wave} | Blush {NARS – Orgasm} | Manicure {OPI – Miami Beet}

Me: “Hold on babe, my phone is ringing.”
J: “Are you kidding?! Do you want me to keep shooting?”
Me: “Sure.”
My friend on the phone: “Hey. What are you up to?”
Me: “Taking some pics for the blog… like right now as I speak. HAHA!”

Yup. That is what actually happened to capture that second to last picture. It may not be the best picture of me ever, but I could not help but include it.

J took these shots for me before we headed to our favorite mexican restaurant, Lauriol Plaza, for our date night. This was my first time out in the real world since my week of being sick with the flu (of course it had to happen during DC Fashion Week). My cabin fever had me itching to go out and do something… anything.

I am so sad I missed all of the DC Fashion Week fun, but you will definitely find me at the District Sample Sale tonight! I am so excited! Goooodbye cabin fever! Hello, fall in this nation’s beautiful capital.
