CapFABB October MeetUp

I had THE most amazing time last night at the Capital Area Fashion & Beauty Bloggers (CapFABB) meet up. As a co-founder of the organization, I was literally in awe of what this group has become. What was once Liz of So Much to Smile About and I’s excuse to get some of our favorite bloggers together for a cocktail hour has become a group with approximately 200 bloggers. Wow. Sometimes I just need to step away from the crowd at our meet ups and take it all in… and this night was one of those nights.

With the sensational BrandLink DC helping us host the event I knew this was going to be a fabulous night. Add on top of a killer co-host that the event was held at Nectar Skin Bar and BAM… that makes for an insanely perfect night of fashion, beauty and conversation. Oh, and not to lay it on, but every blogger in attendance also got to sip on Voli Light Voldka cocktails and this low-cal voldka is not even in stores yet! Yes, we were spoiled rotten. I was also going to mention the insanely fantastic goodie bags we got to leave with, but I thought at that point I would be just bragging. Hehe.

Want to see what I wore to the event and the details of how to get it? Head over to my outfit post here!

All in all, words can’t describe how absolutely fantastic last night was, so hopefully pictures will do…

I was obsessed with this chandelier in the entrance.

A pedicure room for a queen… and some of her fabulous friends.

Another chandelier to obsess over.

This Voli Voldka was seriously so delicious! Cannot wait for it to be available in stores!

Want a mani? How do you say no?

You know I am always stalking shoes. Shoes with bows. Need I say more?

Color-blocking? Yes please.

Clear and silver heels? OMG perfection! Ok. This is the last shoe shot. Promise.

CarlisKatherine, & Katya showing off their Voli Voldka that was in their goodie bags. I call this my “Fanta Girls Pic”. Wanna Fanta?

The always perfectly styled Carlis and Katya of Spicy Candy DC.

Myself and Katie of  Today I Want showing you how pattern mixing can be done many ways.

Katherine getting a run down of the beauty goodies Nectar has to offer.

Alison of Chain Strap Purse! Love this girl and her blog!

Miranda of In DC Fashion. She is an absolute sweetheart!

My always stunning co-founder Liz of So Much to Smile About.

My vintage connoisseur, and one of my favorite DC bloggers, Katherine of La Petite Marmoset.
PS – Look at her heels! Maj-or!

I spy a killer Arm Party!

Goodie bag perfection.
