Before I even begin to tell you all about my fabulous night with my DC FABBers, I must tell you that all of the pictures above are from the beautiful and talented, Casie of WhippedSTYLE.

Now, to the evening…

It was absolutely fantastic! The turnout was amazing, Carbon was packed wall to wall with stylish DC ladies looking to mingle and shop. What could be better?! My cofounder Liz and I kept reminiscing about our first meetup and how now DC FABB has become so large! We were really patting ourselves on the back… no really… literally patting ourselves on the back.

I met some fantastically stylish women and I can’t wait to add each and everyone of their blogs to my Google Reader.

The jumpsuit is, of course, Meeps Vintage. This baby has been waiting patiently in my closet for the right summer event to be worn at, and this event was it! It needed a pop of color so I reached for my powder blue necklace to pull out the blue stripes in the jumpsuit. Than I grabbed my trusty white clutch and off I went. I got SO many compliments and had lots of ladies asking to take pictures. It was a blast! Clearly this jumpsuit was worth the buy.

I even had one blogger give me the highest compliment any blogger can give – “…you look like and dress like Blair of Atlantic-Pacific.” I was stunned and so honored to even be in the same sentence as the fabulous blogger idol. I don’t know if I see it but hey, I’ll take the compliment. Watch out, Blair! ;)
